These files are suitable for intalling ATOS on a real
Atari 8-bit computer that has a hard drive. They contain
the same atos.arc file as what is found in the files1
directory. Atos.arc has been split up into several 80k
files to allow users to copy them to floppy disks on a
PC and then read them on their Atari 8-bit computer.

The steps to install ATOS by using these files are as follows:

Step 1 Copy each of them to a floppy disk on the PC.
You will have to use a suitable utility to copy it
in a format that your Atari 8-bit computer can
understand. A double density floppy can hold two
of these. A single density floppy can hold one.

Step 2 Take these files to your Atari 8-bit computer and
copy all of them into a D1:>temp directory on it's
       hard drive.

Step 3 Type "-UNSPLIT". This will join these files into a
single ATOS.ARC file. It will then unarc them into
the correct directories. Note that unarc must be found
       in your path.

Additional configuration instructions can be found in
the ATOS web pages and WWW board.
